- Multi-state compliance, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Design and implement scalable HR policies, systems, and benefits programs.
- 5+ years scaling HR in a 30-100+ person organization.
- Hands-on multi-state compliance and remote workforce experience;
