Middle​/Senior IT Recruiter

To grow and scale the WeMatch recruitment unit, we’re looking for a Middle/Senior IT Recruiter – someone responsible, proactive, and eager to grow with us.

If digging deeper – into the vacancy itself and into how you communicate with candidates – matters to you, and Hiring Managers with high expectations are your natural habitat, we can definitely help you level up further.

• Hard skills: 3-4+ years of recruitment experience (IT/Marketing);
• Upper-Intermediate+ English;
• A track record of successfully closing Digital Marketing and Affiliate Marketing roles, more than once.
• Soft skills:
  
  Sales mindset;
• Ownership of your own results;
• Strategic thinking as second nature;
• Strong negotiation skills.

• Running the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, participating in interviews, sharing your assessment of candidates, and supporting them through the Job Offer stage;
• Communicating with clients and building genuine partnerships with them.

• Remote work with a flexible schedule (full-time);
• Full ownership of your core processes, with strong expert support whenever you need it;
• Fixed base + bonus for closed vacancies;
• Conference attendance (the next one is in November, with a booth).
