Our client is expanding its national reach and seeks a highly motivated Remote Recruitment Consultant to specialize in placing top talent within key sectors. Operating entirely remotely, you will be responsible for connecting exceptional candidates with leading companies across South Africa. This role requires a proactive individual who can build rapport and deliver results from a distance, leveraging digital tools and a deep understanding of the job market.

• Conduct thorough candidate searches using online platforms, social media, and networking to identify high-calibre professionals.
• Engage prospective candidates, assess their skills and career aspirations, and present suitable opportunities.
• Partner with hiring managers remotely to fully understand their organizational needs and cultural fit requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling virtual interviews, providing feedback, and facilitating offer negotiations.
• Consistently meet and exceed performance metrics related to placements and client satisfaction in a remote setting.
• Utilize a CRM and other digital tools to track candidate progress and client interactions efficiently.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally with exposure to specialist markets.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and engaging passive candidates in a competitive market.
• Exceptional remote communication and virtual relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to manage time and workload effectively without direct supervision.
• Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• A strong understanding of the South African job market is highly desirable.
