Remote HR Manager

Our client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Remote HR Manager to lead their human resources functions from anywhere in South Africa . This pivotal role involves developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives, managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, and ensuring a compliant and engaging work environment. As a remote-first position, you will leverage technology to connect with employees, foster a strong company culture, and drive HR excellence across the organization.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for people and a proven ability to manage HR operations effectively in a distributed workforce, based out of our operations in George .

• Develop and execute HR strategies encompassing talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and employee engagement.
• Oversee and manage all employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions remotely.
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with South African labor laws.
• Lead the HR team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
• Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience, diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
• Manage HR budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation for HR programs and initiatives.

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in HR management, with a significant portion in a remote or distributed environment.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
• Strong understanding of South African labor legislation and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in HR technology, including HRIS, payroll systems, and collaboration tools.
