- Manage day-to-day HR administration, including contracts, HRIS records, leave, expenses, and payroll preparation.
- Conduct HR interviews, coordinate onboarding, and support the employee lifecycle from recruitment to equipment access.
- Improve HR processes through automation, documentation, and AI tools.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of professional experience with interest in HR, recruitment, or customer-facing work.
- Curiosity with digital tools, HRIS/ATS platforms, and interest in AI and automation.
- Fluent French with English B2+; strong written communication and organizational skills.
- Fully remote in Europe with flexible working hours and vacation.
- Coworking budget up to €200/month and equipment budget.
- Mentoring from an experienced People team, plus retreats and development.
