Senior HR Generalist, Talent Fully Remote

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from job descriptions through selection, offers, and onboarding.
• Lead consistent onboarding and offboarding, performance management cycles, and HR data integrity.
• Oversee the fellowship program and support learning and development initiatives.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of progressively responsible HR experience with exposure to talent acquisition, performance management, and HR operations.
• Strong judgment, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience advising managers on HR policies.
• Experience with BambooHR or comparable HRIS and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Annual salary of $84,000–$91,000 with fully remote work.
