Desk Recruiter — Remote; Part-Time

Geo Search has spent 38 years placing hard-to-fill talent in the geospatial industry — lidar, photogrammetry, GIS, UAS, surveying, and subsurface utility engineering. We’re a small, focused team, and we have an immediate opening for a full desk recruiter who can own searches from client intake through offer.

• Meet with current and prospective clients to scope the roles they need filled
• Source and engage candidates using our ATS, Linked In, Indeed, and other recruiting databases
• Run the full search cycle: phone screens, interview coordination, reference checks, and verbal salary negotiations
• Manage multiple clients and searches at once, keeping each one organized and moving
• Attend a weekly virtual team meeting

• Technical recruiting experience — geospatial, civil engineering, GIS, IT, data science, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication, and the listening skills to understand what a client actually needs
• Self-directed and organized; comfortable working independently from a home office
• Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting databases
• Calendar management and salary negotiation experience
• Sales or business development in the geospatial community is a strong plus

Home-based, flexible hours, part-time available. You’ll have the tools and support of an established firm with deep client relationships, and the room to run your own desk.
