Talent Attraction Coordinator
Remote Role (St. Louis, MO preferred)
Compensation: $18 per hour
ABOUTTHE ROLE
Our client, a leading health insurance organization, is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Attraction Coordinator to join their Talent Acquisition team. In this full-time, remote role (with preference for candidates local to St. Louis), you will provide essential administrative support and assist with basic candidate sourcing. You will play a key part in ensuring a seamless recruitment process by managing interview logistics, maintaining accurate candidate data, and supporting the team in building strong talent pipelines.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for supporting recruitment operations.
- Coordinate all administrative and logistics requirements related to interview scheduling, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Run candidate reports from HR systems based on defined criteria and requirements to support recruitment analytics and decision-making
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including accurate data entry of candidate information into recruiting systems, filing, and processing invoices related to recruitment activities
- Search job boards, recruiting systems, and various online platforms to build a robust pipeline of talent and potential candidates
- Mine resumes and identify potential candidates based on job requirements, supporting the Talent Acquisition team in meeting hiring goals
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed to ensure the efficiency of the recruitment process
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of general office experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience providing administrative support, including data entry and filing
- Ability to coordinate interview scheduling and logistics with attention to detail
- Experience running reports from HR systems
- Experience sourcing candidates and mining resumes using job boards and recruiting systems
- Human resources or recruiting experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
