Job Summary
Per Scholas is seeking a results-driven Manager, Talent Sourcing & Strategy with 2 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience to drive our talent discovery, candidate coordination, and selective recruitment efforts. In this pivotal remote role, you will leverage advanced Boolean search techniques and Linked In Recruiter to design proactive sourcing strategies (50%), manage seamless interview scheduling and coordination (25%), and lead selective full-cycle recruitment (25%) for key positions.

What You’ll Do:
- Execute advanced sourcing methodologies—including Boolean logic, X-ray searches, and Linked In Recruiter to identify, map, and engage top-tier passive candidates, with an emphasis on hard-to-fill technical and non-profit roles (50% focus).
- Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and logistics coordination across hiring teams, ensuring a smooth, timely, and responsive candidate experience (25% focus).
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for a targeted portfolio of priority requisitions—from intake calls through offer negotiation—delivering strong candidate continuity and quality hires (25% focus).
- Proactively construct and nourish long-term, inclusive candidate talent pools to support organizational expansion and ongoing hiring goals.
- Partner consultatively with internal hiring managers to calibrate candidate profiles, share market intelligence, and guide teams on interview best practices and bias-mitigation techniques.
- Maintain candidate data integrity and pipeline metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate reporting and seamless recruitment workflows.
What You’ll Bring To Us:
- 2 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience, with proven success in proactive candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development.
- Proficiency in Linked In Recruiter and advanced Boolean search strings to identify and engage passive talent across multiple channels.
- Exceptional organizational, administrative, and calendar management skills with a strong track record of coordinating multi-stage interview schedules seamlessly.
