Management Consultant - Change Management

About the Role

Our client is looking for a skilled Management Consultant with a focus on Change Management to join their remote team. This role is critical in guiding organizations through significant transitions, ensuring that new strategies, processes, or technologies are adopted effectively by employees. You will work with clients to develop and implement comprehensive change management plans, including communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, and training programs.

This position is ideal for an experienced consultant who excels in facilitating organizational change, fostering buy-in, and minimizing resistance, all within a flexible remote working structure. You will play a key part in ensuring successful transformations for a diverse client base.

• Develop and execute integrated change management strategies to support organizational transformations.

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
