Junior Healthcare Recruiter
based in our Great Neck office, you will:
Learn the Full Recruitment Cycle:Acquire in-depth knowledge of healthcare recruitment, from candidate sourcing to placement.
Source Candidates Creatively:Utilize a range of strategies—including cold calling, job advertising, and innovative search methods to attract top talent.
Partner with Hiring Managers:Collaborate closely to align recruitment tactics with organizational goals, offering data-driven progress updates.
