N Consulting Ltd is seeking a Recruiter to join our team, supporting Romania and Poland from a 100% remote setup. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for contract and permanent roles, develop sourcing strategies, and partner with hiring managers to understand requirements.
The ideal candidate has proven recruitment experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools. You will handle multiple roles and provide timely candidate feedback.
