Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are currently seeking candidates for a Talent Acquisition Specialist opportunity with a large, well-established global company in Boston, MA. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and hiring manager partnership. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of recruiting experience and strong experience using Linked In Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems.
This is a 2.5- to 3-month contract position through the end of 2026, paying $35-$45/hour, depending on experience. This role follows a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite in Boston and 2 days working from home per week.
Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple open positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and candidate requirements.
- Source qualified candidates through Linked In Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct candidate screens and interviews.
- Coordinate interview processes and maintain consistent candidate communication.
- Extend offers and support compensation discussions through acceptance.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting data within the ATS.
- Build candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Support improvements to recruiting processes and the overall candidate experience.
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation experience.
- Proficiency with Linked In Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive approach to candidate sourcing and engagement.
- Ability to work effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
- Previous staffing agency experience is preferred but not required.
