Clayton is seeking a Corporate Training Coordinator to ensure a World Class Team Member Orientation program and reduce turnover. You will support TMX initiatives, coordinate new hire orientation, conduct facility tours, and arrange training and tool sessions during orientation week.
Travel to the Home Office may be required to complete training. The role requires experience in training, strong facilitation and coaching skills, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities.
