Functional Soft Services - HR & Payroll

This role will partner with HR, Payroll, and IT to streamline employee data, improve system accuracy, and ensure a smooth transition to a unified identifier across People Soft HCM.

• Lead functional design and configuration for People Soft Payroll and related modules
• Assess current processes and define future-state workflows for Single
• Support data mapping, conversion, validation, and payroll testing
• Collaborate with technical teams on interface and integration updates
• Provide documentation, end-user training, and go-live support

• Proficient in implementing People Soft Single , including consolidating existing multiple employee IDs and understanding downstream payroll impacts
• Strong knowledge of People Soft HCM and Payroll processes, including earn codes, earnings programs, paysheet build, retro adjustments and multiperiod payroll processing
• Proficient in People Soft Pay Group setup, People Soft FLSA functionality, and its effects on payroll processing
• Solid business and functional understanding of FLSA rules and calculations
• Strong problem solving, communication, and cross functional collaboration skills.
