HR Operations Specialist; Fully Remote

• This position supports HR operations, including HRIS maintenance, employee records, and new hire orientation.
• The role partners with HR leadership on benefits, payroll, compliance, and policy updates.

• Maintain HR files, I-9 records, background screenings, and offboarding processes.
• Approve employee self-service changes and document payroll changes.
• Assist with compliance reporting and process improvement initiatives.

• High School diploma plus 5 years of HR experience, with 3+ years in benefits and payroll.
• Experience with ADP, Workday, or Paylocity is preferred.
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office and HRIS systems are required.
