• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of technology roles, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in areas like cloud engineering, data science, AI/ML, and cybersecurity.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, define role requirements, and develop effective interview processes.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and potential.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to manage candidate pipelines and track key metrics.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Champion diversity and inclusion in all hiring practices.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices in talent acquisition, and emerging technologies.
• Provide insights and reporting on recruitment metrics, market trends, and candidate feedback.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the technology sector.
• Proven success in sourcing and hiring for roles related to digital transformation, cloud, AI, data science, and cybersecurity.
• Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is essential.
• Strong understanding of various sourcing channels, including Linked In Recruiter, Git Hub, Stack Overflow, and tech communities.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and candidate management skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
