Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist; Fully Remote

• You will be Pulse's first dedicated Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist.
• About 70% of your time goes to full-cycle hiring across APAC and the Middle East; the other 30% to people operations.
• This is a builder role where you'll set up how we hire and onboard.

What you'll do:

• Own full-cycle recruitment, from intake with hiring managers to offers and onboarding handover.
• Run people operations including onboarding, HRIS maintenance, payroll coordination, and employee support.
• Build hiring processes from scratch and manage talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.

What you bring:

• 3–5 years of hands-on, full-cycle talent acquisition experience, ideally in startups.
• Experience hiring for fintech and marketing roles across APAC and the Middle East.
• Strong sourcing, organization, and stakeholder management skills, with working knowledge of ATS, HRIS, and Linked In Recruiter.
