Director, Human Resources; Fully Remote

• Lead the HR Operations function and shape people strategy within a multi-state telecommunications organization.
• Partner with executive leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee HR operating model, including HRIS, technology, workforce analytics, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Lead compensation and benefits strategy, vendor relationships, and program administration.
• Manage employee relations, compliance, and HR business partnering across multiple states.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of progressive HR experience with 5+ years in senior management.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and multi-state compliance.
• Proven experience in compensation, benefits, employee relations, and HR technology.
