A comprehensive passion for the SAP ecosystem and a strong commitment to the needs of your customers. But also:

• A successfully completed degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification.

• Several years of professional experience as a Solution Architect in an HR environment, ideally within the SAP ecosystem (SAP Success Factors, SAP HCM).

• Solid knowledge of SAP system architecture, integrations, and customizing and development in SAP HR.

• Experience in implementing IT projects in the HR area, including requirements analysis, process design, and implementation.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate requirements from specialist departments into technical solutions.

• An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working, as well as a high degree of teamwork and commitment.

• Fluent German and English skills.

• Analysis and design of SAP-based HR solutions

• Advising and supporting specialist departments in implementing SAP HR modules

• Development and implementation of architecture concepts and strategies

• Ensuring the integration of SAP HR solutions into the existing IT landscape

• Conducting training sessions and workshops for users and key users

• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize HR processes
