Seeking a Zuora Rev Pro Functional Consultant with strong accounting and revenue recognition expertise to support process optimization within an existing Zuora environment. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in Zuora Rev Pro (Revenue Automation), a solid understanding of ASC 606 / IFRS 15 revenue accounting principles, and the ability to identify, design, and implement process improvements aligned with business and compliance needs.

• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to assess the current Zuora Rev Pro configuration and identify areas for functional and process enhancements.
• Evaluate revenue automation workflows, revenue rules, and data flows between Zuora Billing and Rev Pro.
• Design and implement process improvements that enhance accuracy, automation, and compliance in revenue recognition and reporting.
• Translate accounting and business requirements into functional specifications for system configuration and optimization.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful deployment and validation of changes in Rev Pro.
• Support end‑user testing, training, and documentation of new or updated processes.
• Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards (ASC 606, IFRS 15) and internal controls.
• Act as the functional subject matter expert for Zuora Rev Pro during audits and financial close cycles.

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Accounting, Order‑to‑Cash, or Finance Systems roles.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Zuora Rev Pro (Revenue Automation).
• Strong understanding of accounting rules, revenue recognition policies, and ASC 606 principles.
• Demonstrated ability to improve or redesign revenue management processes within Zuora environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• CPA, CA, or equivalent accounting certification.
• Experience with Zuora Billing, Salesforce, or other subscription billing platforms.
• Prior exposure to system integration between Zuora, ERP, and CRM platforms (e.g., Oracle, Net Suite, Salesforce).
• Consulting experience or prior work in subscription‑based or SaaS environments.
