Job Description
Lead the design and management of Salesforce architecture, ensuring scalability, high performance, and alignment with business objectives. Provide strategic technical guidance and ensure adherence to best practices in development and integration.
Key Responsibilities- Solution Design:
Develop and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and technical standards. - Technical Leadership:
Offer expert guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality deliverables. - Best Practices:
Establish and enforce best practices for Salesforce development, integration, and deployment. - Stakeholder
Collaboration:
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions. - Integration and Data Management:
Oversee system integration and data migration efforts, ensuring seamless data flow and integrity.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. - Certification:
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) required. - Experience:
Minimum of 8 years in Salesforce implementations with a strong track record in architecture and solution design. - Skills:
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations, with experience in enterprise architecture and integration patterns.
