Your Main Responsibilities

• Build pipeline:
  Leverage powerful tools like Linked In Sales Navigator to identify and engage high-potential clients across the USA.
• Prospecting and Initial Contact:
  Conduct extensive research to understand the target market and engage in initial contact.
• Analyze data & optimize performance:
  Track key metrics, report on progress, and propose solutions to continuously improve sales effectiveness.
• Be a self-starter & problem-solver:
  Succeed in a startup environment by spotting and fixing problems quickly and cleverly.

What You're Looking For

• Experience in B2B sales within the IT consulting industry (ERP segment).
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency with prospecting tools like Linked In Sales Navigator.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and develop actionable plans.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, embracing challenges proactively and independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ideally based in Chicago for occasional on-site work.
• Fluency in English is essential.
