A Data Services Engineer Level II role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data infrastructure, databases, and data pipelines to support data-driven applications, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives. This role involves taking ownership of data engineering projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical leadership to ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of data services. The Data Services Engineer Level II plays a key role in advancing the organization's data strategy and capabilities.

You may be ideal if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in database administration, data engineering, or similar roles.
- Experience with Payment Integrity.
- Strong understanding of database management, data modeling, cloud platforms, big data tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages and data frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Data Infrastructure Design and Implementation: Design and build scalable data systems, evaluate technologies.
- Data Pipeline Development and Optimization: Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines, automate workflows.
- Performance Tuning: Monitor and improve data system performance, resolve bottlenecks.
- Data Security and Governance: Implement security measures, ensure compliance, establish data policies.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Work with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, communicate with stakeholders.
Other duties may be assigned as needed. Maintain a professional work environment.
