- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Service Mapping
- Provide mapping solutions for COTS, MS Access, ETL/Batch, and cloud‑based applications and drive them to implementation.
- Design, develop, and implement custom patterns to achieve complete and accurate discovery of infrastructure components and application services.
- Employ good knowledge of infrastructure components (network, database, storage, etc.) and how they work.
- Work closely with other technology SMEs to build and maintain accurate application service maps.
- Minimum two mandate details with two or three liners.
