Oracle Fusion ERP Project Manager

Overview

Senior IT Project Manager with a focus on planning, executing, and delivering an ERP migration to Oracle Cloud ERP, with strong emphasis on Oracle Fusion. The role involves ensuring IT infrastructure supports the migration and coordinating cross-functional teams across IT, finance, and operations. Location is Ann Arbor, MI with an opportunity for 1 day of remote work per week.

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of an ERP migration project to Oracle Cloud ERP, emphasizing Oracle Fusion.
• Coordinate across IT, finance, and operations stakeholders; manage cross-functional teams.
• Manage data migration, system integration, and change management activities.
• Ensure IT infrastructure (cloud architecture, networking, security) supports the migration.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to meet project milestones and timelines.

• Experience with IT project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall); PMP certification could be a plus.
• Deep understanding of ERP systems, particularly Oracle Fusion (cloud-based ERP).
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience with data migration, system integration, and change management.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, including cloud architecture, networking, and security.
• JD Edwards (JDE) experience may be considered as an alternative;
  Oracle Fusion experience preferred.
• On-site in Ann Arbor, with the opportunity for 1 day remote work per week.
• OTC experience is required.
