AboutThe Role
Are you ready to shape the future of cloud computing? At Core Weave, we are pioneers revolutionizing the industry by integrating bleeding-edge GPU technology with the fastest and most adaptable infrastructure. We seek Solutions Architects with expertise in Kubernetes, Machine Learning Operations, Distributed Training/Inference, or Networking Engineering.
These domains are central to our platform. Kubernetes and secure, high-performance network connectivity are foundational. Our customers build AI/ML and HPC workloads, often using Slurm workload manager, that are transforming the world.
As a Solutions Architect, you will demonstrate thought leadership and engage hands-on throughout our customers' lifecycle—from establishing Kubernetes environments to developing proofs of concept, onboarding, and workload optimization. You will also collaborate closely with our engineering team to provide insights and influence product development.
What You'll Do- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, building strong relationships and ensuring their success with Core Weave's infrastructure.
- Understand customer needs and create tailored solutions, prototypes, and deployments.
- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to demonstrate solution value.
- Lead technical discussions, presentations, and workshops, addressing customer queries.
- Identify opportunities for product enhancement by collaborating with security and engineering teams.
- Provide insights on product features, performance, and strategy.
- Conduct technical reviews and workload assessments to optimize performance.
- Stay updated on storage and networking technologies, sharing knowledge internally.
- Drive research and development for emerging products, delivering prototypes and insights.
- Represent Core Weave at conferences and industry events, with occasional travel.
We value diverse experiences and qualities such as:
- Proven experience as a solutions architect or technical account manager in cloud infrastructure.
- Expertise in storage, cloud computing concepts, and architecture.
- Knowledge of security concepts and Kubernetes security tooling.
- Experience administering Kubernetes clusters (RBAC, admission controllers, container security).
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and empathetically.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and creativity.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented.
- Interest in Core Weave's offerings or similar cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with NVIDIA GPUs and related AI/ML technologies.
Base salary ranges from $175,000 to $225,000, based on factors like location and experience. The role includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, life insurance, disability coverage, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, wellness benefits, parental leave, childcare support, flexible PTO, and more.
Work EnvironmentWhile we prioritize a hybrid model, remote work may be considered for qualified candidates outside 30 miles of an office. New hires will attend onboarding at a local hub within their first month, with quarterly team gatherings.
