We’re searching for a GTM Engineer to help power the Allbound Engine for our partners. You will work behind the scenes to build, optimize and maintain automation workflows, enabling our Strategists to drive revenue growth for our partners through intent‑based campaigns.

• Allbound Maturity Levels:
  Build and optimize Claybook processes based on RP’s Allbound Maturity Model.
• Data Integration:
  Connect and orchestrate tools such as Clay, Hub Spot, Smartlead, and Out Sync.
• Quality Control:
  Ensure data integrity and accuracy for campaign execution.
• Innovation & Execution:
  Design new and creative ways to unlock value through our data and tech stack.
• Cross‑Team
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Partner with the Allbound and Rev Ops teams to support all aspects of GTM campaigns.
• Mentorship:
  Coach junior team members on automation best practices and platform fluency.

Required Experience:

• Workflow & Automation Expertise – 2+ years building complex data enrichment and automation workflows
• 1+ years advanced experience with Clay
• Strong understanding of Clay’s integration capabilities and limitations
• Technical Fluency – 2+ years of experience with web scraping tools and techniques
• Proficient in manipulating data formats (CSV, etc)
• Skilled in data cleaning and validation processes
• Communication – proficiency in remote communication with internal teams via Google Meet, Slack, and email
• Trust – You operate with honesty and integrity

• Agency background
• Hub Spot:
  Marketing, Sales, CMS, Ops Hub
• Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and custom integrations
• Tools like Click Up, Vector/RB2B, Copy.ai, Smart Lead/Lemlist, Ads Platforms, Chili Pipe, Sendos and more!
