Position Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Remote Pre‑Sales Agent to join our team. This role is crucial for our growth, acting as the first point of contact to engage potential clients and qualify leads before they are passed on to the sales team. The ideal candidate thrives in a work‑from‑home environment and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills. Full‑time and part‑time positions are available.

$10.00 per hour ($7.25 per hour during training).

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Google Chrome.
• Product knowledge demonstration after the training period.
• Ability to adapt in a fast‑changing environment.
• Own a home computer that meets minimum workstation requirements (Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better, Windows 10, 8GB RAM, webcam).
• High‑speed internet with at least 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Quiet, dedicated desk/workstation.
• Availability for a mandatory 2‑week virtual training (Monday‑Friday 9 am‑5 pm EST / 8 am‑4 pm CST).

Remote work and remote training. For full‑time employees: medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, life and AD&D coverage after 90‑day probation; 401(k) after 90‑day probation; PTO after 6 months of employment.
