We are seeking an Adobe Tools Developer who will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing Crate & Barrel’s digital content ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience with Adobe tools—including Workfront, Workfront Fusion, AEM, and DAM workflows—and has working knowledge of API‑driven integrations or light .NET/web development. You will support the systems and workflows that move visual content—including images, CGI, and 3D assets.
You will troubleshoot content flow issues, maintain workflow automations, support authors, and collaborate across creative, marketing, merchandising, and technology teams to ensure smooth and scalable content operations.

- Provide Workfront admin support (queues, routing, forms, permissions, reporting)
- Monitor and troubleshoot Fusion scenarios; update mappings and connections
- Support and refine workflow processes for creative and marketing teams
- Support AEM authors with pages, components, and asset usage
- Troubleshoot issues related to metadata, asset delivery, and content structure
- Assist with AEM release testing and content validation
- Maintain and troubleshoot DAM → AEM and DAM → external channel workflows
- Support API‑based workflows and troubleshoot integration issues
- Understand JSON, REST APIs, and field mappings for troubleshooting
- Collaborate with engineering teams on upstream/downstream issues
- Maintain documentation and support process improvements across platforms
- Experience with Adobe Workfront and Fusion
- Hands‑on AEM authoring and DAM usage
- Understanding of content workflows, metadata, and asset lifecycle
- Strong troubleshooting skills across content and platform issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Basic knowledge of APIs, JSON, REST, and integrations
- Ability to read or lightly debug .NET/C#/JavaScript code
- Experience with Postman, SQL, or similar tools
- Exposure to CMS or other marketing/content technology systems
- 3+ years supporting Adobe platforms (Workfront, AEM, Fusion, DAM, or similar)
- Experience in content operations, marketing technology, or digital operations
- Exposure to API‑based integrations or web development concepts
- Experience working cross‑functionally in fast‑paced environments

Minimum Starting Rate: $92,000.00 Annually
Up to: $ Annually Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
