  • Collaborate with data science and data engineering teams on infrastructure development to progress the analytics platforms and risk models
Process Improvements & Automation
  • Drive improvements in underwriting operations with vendor implementations and better data sources

Collaborate with Collections to analyze default trends and integrate learnings into risk strategy
You’re a Strong Fit if You Have:
  • 8+ years in credit risk for lending products, preferably in small business lending, alternative finance or revenue‑based financing
  • Minimum of 5+ years of people leadership experience, including building, coaching, and developing high‑performing teams
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or relevant major
  • Have meaningful experience overseeing large balance sheets through macro shifts and can articulate strategies to navigate
  • Deep quantitative acumen; masterful with portfolio management, pricing strategies, IRR analysis, unit economics, and predictive modeling

  • Strong relationship‑builder with the ability to engage across departments and levels - someone who communicates clearly and effectively, with emotional intelligence and tact.
