• Act as the key technical partner for Account Managers and Customer Success Managers during renewal and upsell motions
• Maintain an expert‑level understanding of the employer's platform, architecture, and competitive differentiators
• Design and validate deep technical solutions, including API integrations with customers' key systems
• Manage critical technical escalations, taking ownership of high‑priority issues
• Create and maintain technical documentation and best‑practice guides for the Customer Success team

• 3+ years of experience in a customer‑facing technical role such as Solutions Consultant, Sales Consultant, or Technical Account Manager
• Deep understanding of the cybersecurity and GRC landscape, including familiarity with platforms like Service Now and tools like Splunk
• Strong hands‑on experience with REST APIs and ability to guide customers on implementation
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Experience in a post‑sales or expansion‑focused role is highly preferred

• Strong sales acumen and comfort in a commercial‑driven environment
• Structured approach to diagnosing and solving ambiguous technical problems
• Excellent collaborative skills, working effectively with Customer Success Managers, Support, and Product teams
