Fenergo Configuration Analyst

Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Fenergo Configuration Analyst for a direct hire opportunity with a financial services client.

• Create and customize the Fenergo platform to meet client-specific requirements.
• Partner with business analysts, developers, and project managers to translate functional specifications into technical configurations.
• Support the implementation of Fenergo modules including KYC, AML, and Client Onboarding.
• Perform unit testing and assist with system integration and user acceptance testing.
• Test and resolve configuration issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain documentation of configuration changes and best practices.
• Stay current with Fenergo product updates and regulatory changes impacting configuration.

• 2–4 years of experience configuring the Fenergo platform in a financial services environment.
• Deep understanding of CLM, KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance processes.
• Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, SQL, and Fenergo Rules Engine is preferred.
• Experience working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Familiarity with testing support and UAT coordination preferred.
