- Technical proficiency with disaster recovery tools (e.g., VMware SRM, Azure Site Recovery)
- Strong understanding of operational technology and information technology systems
- Experience with collaboration and documentation tools such as Teams and Share Point
- Familiarity with audit tools and cybersecurity basics
- Proven track record of executive-level communication and stakeholder engagement
