IT Consultant, Systems Developer, IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst
Provide the client with Service Now development Best-Practices Advice and assist in their implementation.
Coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting changes in the application – Core system configuration.
Deliver Service Now development consulting services based on the Client’s Service Now release plan, including all modules implemented by the client.
Conduct Technical Analysis on the Service Now applications and modules.
Identify system deficiencies and improvisation opportunities and recommend solutions.
Ensure the latest release of Service Now application is implemented in a timely manner with minimal or no disruption to IT operations.
Develop User Stories for Service Now releases and Service Now Design Documentation.
Develop Custom Code for Service Now application modules.
Develop and modify Service Now workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, web services, tables, and menus.
Code and configure interfaces between Service Now and other systems.
Create and update Documentation for Service Now code and configurations.
Work as part of an agile team developing, designing and implementing new application modules, workflows, and catalog requests.
Address problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.
Participate in ongoing production support and end user support.
