We are looking for an experienced Varicent Solutions Architect to lead and deliver large-scale Sales Performance Management (SPM) and Incentive Compensation implementations. This is a high‑visibility, urgent role requiring strong hands‑on expertise with the Varicent platform.
Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end Varicent implementation projects, delivering scalable and optimized SPM solutions.
• Design and architect resilient, cost‑effective Varicent solutions aligned with business needs.
• Drive disciplined delivery using Agile methodologies to ensure on‑time and high‑quality outcomes.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert for Varicent, supporting solution design, validation, and optimization.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into effective solutions.
• Incorporate the latest Varicent product updates and best practices into solution architecture.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering continuous learning and professional growth.
• Work with global teams across time zones to ensure seamless delivery and post‑go‑live support.
• Support innovation initiatives and contribute to internal thought leadership around Varicent and SPM.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise technology implementations.
• 2–3+ years of hands‑on Varicent or Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) experience.
• Strong understanding of sales compensation, sales operations, and performance management.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience mentoring and leading technical and functional teams.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Integrations with CRM/ERP/HR systems (Salesforce, SAP, Workday, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL, and SQL.
• Exposure to modern data tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, or Redshift.
Nice to Have
• Experience leading distributed global teams.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across data, application, and UI layers.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for project or collaboration needs.
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and problem‑solving abilities.
