• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Lead continuous planning and maintain engineering team schedules for proper resource planning
• Track project milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and timelines to ensure timely project completion
• Remove obstacles that may hinder the team's progress and promote Agile best practices
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering to manage and prioritize the product backlog

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in an Agile environment using methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability

• Experience with JIRA management and agile performance metrics
• Familiarity with UX design processes and product requirements
