Position: IT Helpdesk Support Technician Tier II (Partial Remote)
Overview

We are an established Cloud & Managed Service Provider located in the greater Chicago area that supports various small to mid size businesses with their IT needs. We are committed to providing our customers a high level of service through tailored IT Solutions. Our solutions include cloud computing, network solutions, managed services and professional services. We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking to hire an IT Helpdesk Support Technician Tier II.

This base pay range is provided by Bowman Williams. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • The IT Helpdesk Support Technician Tier II should have mid to senior level technical knowledge and strong customer interfacing skills.
  • The IT Helpdesk Support Technician Tier II will have the opportunity to work with a variety of technology, on projects and providing escalated support to our customers.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years Managed Service Provider experience required.
  • 3+ years experience in administration, configuration, management and design of Windows Server-based environments
  • Experience configuring and installing various computer and Windows servers
  • Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure experience
  • Migrate O365/G-Suite/Servers
  • Familiarity with virtualization requirements, including VMWare
  • Experience supporting, configuring, and upgrading corporate customer’s networks (routers/switches/firewalls) and in house servers
