• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Maintain engineering team schedules and ensure proper resource planning
• Track project milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and timelines to meet delivery timelines
• Promote Agile best practices and educate team members to enhance performance and productivity
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering to manage and prioritize the product backlog

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in an Agile environment with experience using methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability

• Experience in a digital marketing or technology services environment
• Familiarity with project management tools, specifically JIRA
• Knowledge of performance metrics and Agile performance tracking
