• Collaborate with the team in early stages of a project to define the approach and estimate work.
• Design solutions for complex work streams and present these solutions to client teams to build trust and demonstrate scalability.
• Define architecture principles and standards, owning communication and justification of design decisions with internal team and client.
• Coach and mentor the team on solutions through ad‑hoc and ongoing guidance.
• Act as an ambassador within the Revenue Operations space, monitoring releases and technology trends to advise on impact for teams and customers.

• At least 8 years of experience working with senior Revenue Operations, Systems, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders to uncover requirements, identify gaps, and design scalable technical solutions.
• Specialist in technical architecture, solution architecture, and CPQ.
• Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including when to use out‑of‑the‑box features, declarative automation, or code.
• Strong in lean and agile development principles.
• Ability to influence and lead internal and external teams, communicating with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Bonus:
  Certified Salesforce Application Architect or Systems Architect, or in progress of obtaining one.

Base Salary: $140{,}000 – $160{,}000 USD. Adjustments based on location and final decision. For candidates outside the U.S., compensation aligns with local market benchmarks and may differ from the U.S. range. The role also eligible for a performance bonus plan.
