The Cloud Infrastructure Services Global Business Line is Capgemini s consulting and infrastructure build-and-run provisioning offering and supports the group s cloud-based services. Job Title: SIAM COE Pre Sales Solution Architect

Location: Virtual - Anywhere in the US near a major airport

Travel: 25% - 50%

This role supports our Center Of Excellence (CoE) contributing to pre-sales activities, portfolio activities, customization and alliances for the Infrastructure Services Global Cloud Practice. The purpose of the role is to be the main customer facing point of contact for all cloud project and consulting work. The successful applicant will work closely with the customer ensuring a highly satisfied customer experience.

This role includes ownership of technical, commercial and service elements related to Capgemini’s Service Integration and Management portfolio of offers.

• Provide Leadership and strategic guidance by:
• Taking accountability for growth in SIAM and Service Now capabilities by planning recruitment and upskilling in conjunction with current and future product development trends and demands
• Contributing to sales collateral, e.g. by capturing case studies and white papers, and assist the sales team in identifying and pursuing SIAM opportunities
• Being an active contributor to global SI and Service Now Community
• Act as a partner to our Clients to leverage both SI and Service Now benefits through:
• Consulting at the CXO-level on strategy to identify potential developments of our SI and Service Now Delivery pipeline to grow a strategic direction aligned to key business outcomes
• Anchoring client visits – from planning, identifying key participants, story boarding meetings, reviewing content, planning demos or team discussions - and lead the discussion with the client
• Advising on competitive positioning, pricing and commercial decisions
• Supporting the development of the SIAM portfolio and offers for the respective region of Edge Practice, identifying business value from portfolio offerings within assigned industry verticals
• Securing utilization and talent allocation to projects:
• Developing service innovation and improvement projects, including effectiveness assessment and remediation
