Cloud Computing, Systems Analyst
We are seeking a Test Automation Architect (AI/ML Focus) - Remote to join our team.
In this role, you will drive innovation in automated testing for complex systems and help shape the future of quality assurance in AI/ML-powered environments. You will collaborate with talented professionals in a dynamic, fully remote setting.
ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement enterprise-level test automation architectures, including AI/ML-driven solutions, across multiple domains
Establish and promote testing standards, best practices, and innovative strategies to enhance quality and efficiency
Architect and oversee advanced test automation frameworks, integrating Gen AI agents for dynamic application testing
Create and maintain automated test scripts and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery
Lead and mentor teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and support presales activities by presenting technical solutions to clients
12+ years of experience in software testing and automation leadership, with a strong background in test automation tools such as Selenium and Playwright
Proficiency in AI/ML testing, prompt engineering, MLOps, and Dev Ops practices
Proven experience in testing within healthcare, finance, insurance, retail, or telecommunications domains
Skilled in UI, API, white-box, and black-box testing methodologies
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience in presales and client-facing roles
Demonstrated ability to lead and grow technical teams, manage project delivery, and implement test data management strategies
Advanced English communication skills at C1 level or above

This Remote Position Cannot be Performed in New York City.
This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations.
Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $95,000 - $160,000. In addition, the details highlighted in this job posting above are a general description of all other expected benefits and compensation for the position.
