We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our growing Data team. In this role, you’ll be a key driver of data-informed decision-making across the business, delivering insights that shape both operational performance and our long-term data strategy.
You’ll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing embedded reporting solutions for our customer-facing OMS, while also supporting internal reporting needs. This position offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally to understand key data requirements, craft impactful analytical solutions, and contribute to the continued evolution of our data infrastructure.## What You’ll Do
** Data Analysis & Reporting
*** Partner with stakeholders to understand analytical needs and deliver actionable insights—especially around customer-facing reporting within our OMS and related products.
* Design, develop, and maintain key metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor business performance and operational trends.
* Conduct in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and strategic decision-making.
* Present data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Define and uphold standards for data visualization across the organization.
** Embedded Analytics (Customer-Facing)
*** Collaborate with product and engineering to define and implement embedded reporting within our OMS and other platforms.
* Build dynamic, accurate dashboards that provide customers with actionable insights into their supply chain performance.
* Ensure embedded analytics deliver a seamless user experience with robust filtering, export, and interactivity capabilities.
** BI Platform Migration
*** Support the rollout of Stord’s new BI platform, including migration of existing reports and user onboarding.
* Help consolidate and streamline dashboards, ensuring a smooth transition and high adoption.
* Develop subject matter expertise in Stord’s BI tools and implementation practices.
