Position OverviewAs the Artificial Intelligence Delivery Lead, you are the senior architect of our clients' intelligent future. You will operate at the critical intersection of business strategy, advanced analytics, and cutting-edge AI engineering. Your primary mission is to act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, charting a clear, value-driven path from concept to scaled, enterprise-wide implementation. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will be the ultimate owner of client transformation, guiding large, multidisciplinary teams to build and deploy the very solutions you architect.
Key Responsibilities- Executive Leadership: Provide executive-level leadership across all phases of enterprise-scale AI implementation projects, acting as the primary strategic partner for C-level stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and manage trusted, long-term relationships with senior executives, influencing them to transform their businesses by incorporating AI.
- Team & Program Management: Lead and inspire large, cross-functional teams (analysts, data scientists, engineers) and assume ultimate responsibility for the planning, financial performance, and delivery of complex, interdependent work streams.
- Technical Governance: Provide authoritative technical guidance to architects and data scientists on data integration, model training, alignment, knowledge retrieval, and agentic workflows.
- Commercial Ownership: Lead commercial negotiations, structure engagement terms, and serve as the final point of escalation to resolve critical issues and maintain project momentum.
- Mentorship & Change Management: Supervise the development of client training and change management programs to ensure successful adoption and act as a dedicated mentor to cultivate the next generation of AI leaders at SDG.
- Education: An outstanding academic record with a BA/BS degree is required. An MBA is preferred.

Experience:
Experience leading a management consulting team in the implementation of artificial intelligence in large enterprises is required. - AI Acumen: A deep and intuitive understanding of how AI is applied in a business context to solve concrete operational and strategic problems is required.
- Technical Expertise: A deep understanding of machine learning and AI technology, including their mathematical underpinnings, practical applications, and operational requirements.
- Communication & Influence: A proven ability to influence senior executives and guide them through ambiguity. Exceptional talent for executive-level storytelling and translating complex technical concepts into compelling, non-technical narratives.
- Leadership: An extensive record of leading high-performing, cross-functional teams in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Work Authorization: Requires permanent, unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
