• A&D Aerospace & Defense / Discrete Manufacturing experience
• SAP Data architecture and deployment experience (SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW)
• Lead experience in a US deployment of SAP S/4
  
  HANA global design with localization in US geography

• Create comprehensive SAP Data architectures and governance concepts and develop strategic roadmaps for digital solutions.
• Provide solution architecture for specific business requirements and the overall enterprise data ecosystem, guiding best practices for data ingestion, processing, and integration.
• Create conceptual, logical, and physical data models to represent data structure and usage across the enterprise.
• Establish data governance policies, standards, and procedures for quality, security, and access to ensure integrity and compliance.
• Plan and implement Collibra data platform as a data catalog solution for master, transaction, and reference data.
• Transform and modernize existing reporting and planning systems and integrate SAP Business AI with high‑quality data.
• Maintain data frameworks, models, and policies to ensure accessibility, security, and reliability.
• Apply best practices and enterprise standards to support long‑term health and success of the data platform.
• Identify improvement opportunities in data management.
• Ensure seamless integration and access of data from multiple sources.
• Support data migration activities, including defining migration architecture, tools, and processes.
• Demonstrate deep expertise in data & analytics and data platform architectures, concepts, and business impacts with alignment to SAP’s vision and cloud methodologies like RISE or Clean Core.
• In‑depth knowledge of SAP’s data & analytics portfolio (Datasphere, Analytics Cloud, BW) and correlation with Business AI, RISE, and SAP BTP.

• 5‑10 years of SAP Data architecture and deployment experience.
• 3+ full‑life‑cycle implementations of S/4
  
  HANA v2019 or later.
• Experience in rollout and localization of a global template.
