What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Strategically plan and optimize the assigned Salesforce portfolio of products and services
Design, implement, and deploy Salesforce solutions to address complex business challenges
Manage and maintain systems, technologies, and services within the Salesforce portfolio
Define and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and organizational standards
Lead projects by collaborating with stakeholders to determine requirements and map out solutions

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related field from an accredited university
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT developer role working with Salesforce
Proven experience in configuring objects/fields and building automations
Strong ability to work directly with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs
Significant experience with formula fields, flows, and other automation tools within Salesforce

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with Apex or custom scripting
Background in large Salesforce environments
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience building in Sandbox and deploying changes to production environments
Experience with large data sets and project leadership
