• Enhance, support, and monitor all aspects of the trading infrastructure
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues across trading desks and back‑office operations
• Own and manage technical issues, ensuring they are addressed appropriately
• Build and enhance operational dashboards to identify inefficiencies in the trading lifecycle
• Develop and maintain scripted tools for data analytics and automation

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a technical field such as computer science or engineering
• Proficiency in Python development, including application requirements, design, implementation, and deployment
• Experience with Linux/UNIX operating systems
• Knowledge of the financial domain and trading infrastructure
• Understanding of TCP/IP and multicast technologies

• Familiarity with SQL or similar relational database systems
• A self‑motivated personality with a strong passion for solving complex problems
• Exceptional communication skills
