Project Manager - Online Banking (Anywhere in the US)
Integritas Solutions, a technology solutions provider, is seeking several Sr. Project Managers with online banking Implementation/Upgrade experience to work on upcoming consumer/business online banking upgrade projects nationwide. These contract roles will last at least 9 to 12 months or longer, offering remote work from home with some travel to client sites as needed. We offer competitive rates with bonuses based on performance, and opportunities for Agile training.
The selected consultants will be responsible for all project delivery aspects, including task management, financial oversight, and risk & issues management for the installation/upgrade of ACI’s consumer online and mobile banking platforms to current releases. These applications enable consumers to access real-time account data, perform account transfers, utilize personal finance management features, and execute P2P and bill payments.
Responsibilities include:
Managing project tasks including the completion of development deliverables for Remote Payment Initiation and Inquiry (RPI) and the MTS wire transfer system.Communicating project status to all stakeholders and senior management, and escalating issues when necessary.Updating project plans, maintaining risk and issues logs.Documenting business requirements, writing technical specifications, defining interface requirements, workflows, and presentations.Overseeing internal testing and managing customer defect resolution.Managing pressure, emergencies, and crises to ensure customer satisfaction.Qualifications:
5-7 years of project management or relevant consulting experience managing the full SDLC for consumer/business banking technology payment projects.Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders and customers.Knowledge of payment technologies such as bill pay, single sign-on, ACH, online wire transfers, and mobile payment gateways.Experience in online or mobile banking solution implementation is preferred.Knowledge of additional ACI Money Transfer System (MTS) applications is a plus.Strong organizational skills.Excellent written and communication skills.Customer service orientation.Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
