• A&D / Discrete Manufacturing experience. (not Public Sector)
• A minimum of five (5) years prior professional consulting or equivalent business process industry experience
• At least five (5) years of hands‑on systems configuration experience within your given SAP component
• Successful completion of at least three full life cycle implementations of S/4
  
  HANA v2019 or later
• Experience as a Value Stream Lead involving a US deployment of an SAP S/4
  
  HANA global design with localization
• Specific SAP component configuration and deployment experience
• Define and lead the UX design strategies for across process areas, ensuring alignment with product goals and user needs.
• Continuously research and stay up‑to‑date on the latest UX design trends and technologies, influencing the future of user experience.
• Successful completion of the rollout and localization of a global template
