Senior Azure Cloud/Windows Cloud Support Engineer Requirements

Global support - will support all clients in the Azure environment that do not have a US based support restriction.

In depth knowledge and hands on experience with the full range of cloud service providers/solutions, in Azure Cloud.

Professional experience architecting, implementing and supporting infrastructure solutions (IaaS and PaaS) in Azure Cloud.

Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), able to comfortably script and template using Azure Dev Ops and Agile Methodologies.

• Experience in one or more of the following:
  Ansible, Terraform, Azure ARM, Python, Power shell.
• Experience with cloud solutions, virtual platforms, software development, and operational management practices and frameworks.
• Experience in datacenter and cloud compute implementation environment.
• Exposure to Agile software development and Dev Ops practices such as Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Continuous Integration and automated deployment is a must.

Must have demonstrated experience and in-depth knowledge of primarily Windows operating platform based environment.

• Must be expert in Windows operating environments and possess conceptual and practical knowledge of Windows systems
• Makes use of best practices and industry stand procedures to build and implement Windows systems environment
